Long time no see.
I’ll get straight to the point – this blog is going to be dormant for a while (again). With everything going on in the world right now, including a busy fulltime job, the last thing I want to do in my evenings and weekends is sit in front of a laptop and write a fully structured, feature rich review. In all honesty, I haven’t managed to find much time to read so far this year – I think I’ve only finished two or three novels.
So.
For some reason my brain is perfectly happy for me to tap out a short review for me to post on Instagram. It is my intention to post some thoughts on each book I read on that platform, and I am doing well so far!

Follow me, add me as a friend, or just have a gander – and do feel free to send me a message if you feel like it. So far this year I’ve read some really awesome things including Natasha Pulley’s The Lost Future of Pepperharrow and The Charmed Realm from power duo Paul and Vanessa Kidby, and I’d love to hear any thoughts you have on those!
I am also very active on Twitter – here – so if you want my thoughts on a book as I’m reading, or generally have a chat or see what I’m thinking, this is definitely the spot you should start with. I have tried to go through and follow blogs that I used to read frequently, but if I have missed you I do apologise – I’ll fix this when I notice it!
One day I will return to blogging properly, thanks for your patience until then.
